How do I get my keys at the Met?

Upon arrival to the building - call CORPORATE STAYS from the intercom. We will grant access to the building and you can access your suite using your pin code included in your check-in instructions (which are sent 24-48hrs prior to arrival).

If arriving after 8PM please advise us to ensure alternate arrangements can be made.
