All guests are provided a mailbox key upon arrival at The Zephyr and boxes are located in the lobby.
The Zephyr also offers smart parcel lockers. Please ensure you register your full name and cell phone number with us and when your parcels are delivered you will receive an SMS text message (or email) notifying you that your parcel has been delivered.
The automated, real-time notification will specify a unique, one-time PIN code necessary to collect your parcel.
Please remember to add a buzzer number for deliveries to grant access and receive shipments to your door.
If your delivery requires a signature and you are not home at the time we suggest using Canada Post Flex Delivery options.
