The washer and dryer are located in the entrance closet or in the bathroom closet. The dryer is located on the top as the washer is located at the bottom. There are four buttons on the machines, the two on the right are for the washer and the two on the left are to control the dryer. We provide two laundry capsules upon you arrival, they are not replenished during your stay. Put the capsule directly in the washer bin. If you use liquid or powder soap, put it in the receptacle located on the top of the washer on the left side.
To use the washer, please use the water level button and set the level, there are three levels: low, medium, and full. Simply turn it right or left to set the desired level. Then use the button at the far right to set the type of laundry you wish to do. If you wish to wash your clothes using the delicate cycle (red), turn the button in front of the start button, and then gently pull the button toward you. If you wish to use the Regular Cycle (Blue) which is recommended for whites, turn the button to the desired wash time, and gently pull the button toward you. If you wish to use the Perma Press Cylce, which is normally used for colored clothes, turn the button to the desired wash time, and gently pull the button toward you.
To use the dryer , use the button at the far left to set the temperature and time. The Grey Cycle will blow air but will not provide heat, turn the button to the desired drying time, and then use the button right next to the dryer button to make it start. You simply have to twist it to the right to start it. To use the dryer by selecting a specific time to dry your clothes, use the Red Cycle, turn the button to the desired drying time, and then twist the button on the right to start it. The Blue Cycle will allow you to set the dryer depending on if your clothes are very wet or not. To start it, turn the button in front to the desired dryness, you have 3 options: more dry, less dry, cool down, and then gently twist to the right the button at the right, you will see it is indicated: turn to start.
IMPORTANT: Please do not overload the machines.
